Job Description: IT Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries for IT solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT products, software, and services.
- Clearly articulate the advantages and features of IT solutions to clients.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
- Proactively source leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into opportunities.
- Market Research:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.




- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.

Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
