1. Patient Care:
- Provide Ayurvedic consultations to in-house patients.
- Monitor and manage patient health during night hours, addressing any medical concerns.
- Administer Ayurvedic treatments, including Panchakarma therapies, medications, and emergency Ayurvedic interventions as required.

2. Observation and Monitoring:
- Regularly check the condition of patients undergoing treatments.
- Maintain detailed medical records of overnight observations and progress.

3. Emergency Response:
- Handle minor medical emergencies and coordinate with senior doctors for severe cases.
- Provide first-aid or suggest immediate remedies using Ayurvedic principles.

4. Treatment Execution:
- Ensure that prescribed Ayurvedic medicines and therapies are administered on time.
- Supervise staff involved in patient care and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.

5. Patient Communication:
- Offer compassionate care and address patient queries during the night.
- Educate patients about lifestyle, diet, and yoga practices as per Ayurvedic guidelines.

6. Administrative Tasks:




- Record and update patient files with overnight developments.
- Report critical observations to the day-shift doctors for continuity of care.

7. Facility Management:
- Ensure the readiness of treatment rooms, medications, and other resources for the night.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the facility during the shift.

Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in clinical practice preferred, with exposure to night duty roles being an added advantage.
- License: Valid registration with the relevant Ayurvedic Medical Council.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and treatments.
- Ability to manage patient emergencies calmly and professionally.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in patient documentation and record-keeping.
