Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Real-Time Medical Documentation:
- Accurately document patient history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions during live patient-doctor interactions.
- Charting & Data Entry:
- Input patient information into medical records while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Summarize lab results, radiology reports, and physician assessments.
- EHR Management:
- Navigate, update, and maintain Electronic Health Records (EHR) as instructed by physicians.
- Ensure documentation is structured, error-free, and ready for future reference.
- Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocols.
- Ensure all documentation complies with medical-legal standards.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:




- Communicate effectively with physicians to clarify details and confirm notes.
- Stay updated on physician preferences for seamless documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years as a Medical Scribe in the USA healthcare industry.
- Medical Terminology: Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 50-60 WPM.
- EHR Knowledge: Hands-on experience with EHR systems.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent English communication.
- Compliance: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data security policies.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Virtual Medical Scribe for US healthcare providers.
- Ability to adapt to varying physician styles and documentation preferences.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Salary Range

₹3,60,000 - ₹7,20,000 per year (based on skills, experience, and expertise).
