Job Summary
Rajesh Sharma Interior Designers is looking for a proactive and communicative Telecaller Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle leads from multiple platforms, and coordinate with both potential and existing clients. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and effective internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate with leads received from various platforms (website, social media, references, etc.)
- Understand client queries and provide accurate information about interior design services
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their requirements
- Coordinate client requirements with department heads for smooth execution
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valuable verbal communication skills (Hindi, English; Bengali preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, CRM is a plus)
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask efficiently
- Customer-focused approach
