Job Summary:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The role involves generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through effective targeting and budget management.

Job Role:
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Run and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Generate quality leads (calls, WhatsApp, forms)
- Monitor campaign performance & reduce cost per lead
- Handle daily ad budgets and scaling

Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience targeting & keywords
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of conversion tracking is a plus
- Positive communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
