Job Summary

Customer Key Responsibilities:
Service & Sales:
Greet customers warmly and understand their needs and preferences

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on style, budget, and occasion

Explain product features such as material, quality, and care instructions

Promote new arrivals, offers, and premium collections

Ensure excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits

Product Display & Store Maintenance:
Arrange and maintain attractive product displays

Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of the store and showcases

Handle proper tagging, labeling, and pricing of products

Update displays based on seasonal trends and instructions

Inventory & Stock Support:
Assist in stock checking, inward and outward movement of products





Report low stock or damaged/missing items

Support stock audits and physical verification

Ensure safe handling and storage of products

Sales Performance:
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Participate in promotional campaigns and sales events

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends Requirements

Any degree / diploma (preferred)

Good communication skills:
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
