Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff (rosters, duties, discipline)
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
- Monitor medication administration, documentation, and vital records
- Coordinate with doctors, RMOs, and other departments for patient management
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, infection control, and NABH standards
- Handle patient/attendant concerns and escalations
- Maintain ward hygiene, equipment readiness, and stock availability
- Train recent nurses and ensure continuous skill development
