Production & Quality Control: Monitor daily milk output, track quality metrics (such as fat/SNF levels), and enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols (e.g., FSSAI and GMP).Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate the collection of raw milk from chilling centers or farms, and manage the on-time dispatch of finished dairy products.Cold Chain Management: Ensure continuous temperature monitoring during storage, transit, and distribution to minimize spoilage and transit losses.Inventory & Stores: Maintain optimal stock levels of packaging materials, crates, and farm consumables while avoiding excess wastage.Manpower Management: Supervise daily shift teams, manage contract labor, and ensure workforce productivity and attendance.MIS & Reporting: Track daily logs regarding milk yields, dispatch efficiency, rider performance, and inventory balances.
