We need an e-commerce executive who can manage a company's online sales, website, and digital presence, focusing on driving revenue through marketing, optimizing user experience, managing product listings, analyzing data, and overseeing order fulfillment and customer service for a seamless online shopping journey. Key responsibilities include running digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), analyzing web traffic, improving conversion rates, coordinating with marketing/IT, and reporting on KPIs like sales and customer behavior to meet business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Management: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, manage online sales channels, and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Website & UX: Optimize product listings, content, site navigation, and user experience (UX) for improved conversions.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor web analytics, analyze sales data, track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV),



and provide actionable insights.
- Operations: Coordinate with IT, design, logistics, and supply chain for inventory, order fulfillment, and smooth site functionality.
- Customer Service: Handle online customer inquiries, escalations, and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Excellent coordination and communication for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
