TRANSCRIBE INTO EMR ( MOST COMMONLY eCw ) DURING DAILY ROUNDS. KNOWLEGDE OF CODING A MUST.

Internal Medicine Practice looking for a Medical Transcriptionist/ Scribe to document the physician evaluation in exam rooms and to transcribe into patient charts. Input patient history, diagnostic findings, results, medications, place orders, input proper billing codes.

Must have 5+ yrs experience as a Medical Transcriptionist / Scribe

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Medical scribe: 2 years (required)
