Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics:
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field




- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with landing page optimization
- Knowledge of SEO basics
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
