1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate (Degree) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- NTT / MTT / ECCE / D.Ed. (Early Childhood Education) certification is compulsory.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling preschool or kindergarten students is preferred.
- Freshers with strong training and internship experience may also be considered.
3. Skills & Competencies:
- Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude toward young children.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
4. Child Development Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood development stages.

Classroom Management:
- Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging classroom environment.
6. Parental Interaction:
- Capability to communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
7. Additional Requirements (preferred):
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in activity-based learning, storytelling, art & craft, and rhymes.
- First-aid knowledge and child safety awareness.
