Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with clients regarding hiring needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Manage the complete hiring cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job positions
- Time management and teamwork skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
