We're looking for a skilled DBA to manage, secure, and scale the database infrastructure behind NxtTurn — our fast-growing platform.

What you'll do:
- Manage PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB databases
- Ensure backup, recovery & data security
- Optimize query performance and handle high-volume data
- Collaborate closely with the dev team

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of DBA experience
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning & backup strategies
- Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- DPDP Act knowledge is a plus
