Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and clients on visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa options based on eligibility.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (universities, embassies, consultants).
- Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and visa policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream; preference for Business / Management / HR).
- Prior experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant is preferred.
- Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
