Job Summary

The Neurosurgeon will be responsible for providing high-level surgical and non-surgical care to patients with neurological conditions. This includes performing complex operations such as craniotomies and spinal fusions, utilizing advanced imaging and robotic technologies, and leading a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct thorough neurological examinations to assess patient symptoms and medical history.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRI, CT scans, PET scans, and EEGs.
- Consult with neurologists, radiologists, and primary care physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

2. Surgical Procedures
- Perform intricate surgeries on the brain (e.g., tumor removal, aneurysm clipping, shunt insertion).
- Execute complex spinal procedures (e.g., laminectomy, discectomy, spinal stabilization).
- Utilize microsurgery, endoscopic surgery,



and stereotactic radiosurgery techniques.
- Respond to neurosurgical emergencies such as traumatic brain injuries (TBI) or intracranial hemorrhages.

3. Patient Management & Care
- Provide preoperative counseling to explain risks, benefits, and expected outcomes to patients and families.
- Manage postoperative care, monitoring recovery in the ICU or surgical wards.
- Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical therapies (e.g., physical therapy) when appropriate.

4. Administrative & Academic
- Maintain precise and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Mentor and supervise medical students, residents, and surgical fellows.
- Participate in clinical research and stay updated on emerging neurosurgical technologies.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
