Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
- Handle product uploads including images, descriptions, pricing, and SKU details
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability
- Process and track online orders, returns, and exchanges
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team for smooth order dispatch
- Optimize product listings for better visibility (SEO, keywords, etc.)
- Run and manage online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Handle customer queries and provide support
- Ensure proper catalog management and data accuracy
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
