Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Telugu-speaking customers via phone calls and WhatsApp:
- Explain male wellness problems and solutions in a calm, confident, and respectful manner:
- Pitch company products and treatment combos effectively
- Handle customer doubts and hesitation, and build trust and comfort:
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales:
- Clearly explain doctors’ guidance and treatment instructions to customers
- Manage daily leads and update sales records and reports
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Patience and empathy
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and Excel / CRM
