- Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage with leads/clients over chat, resolve queries, and pitch product details to ensure conversion.

CRM Management: Use CRM efficiently and follow-up regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Market Research:



Research client base to find current customers across potential markets and initiate business collaborations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure effective delivery to the client.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to leads and clients over chat and call.
- Desired Profile:
English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written skills.

Communication: Strong communication skills.

Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Efficiency: Good typing speed.

Self-Motivated: Detail-oriented with the ability to complete demanding tasks.
