Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, resolve customer complaints, and address product inquiries.
- Lead Generation/Sales: Persuade customers to purchase and close sales deals.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and contact information.
- Follow-ups: Contact potential leads to convert them into clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, sales, or lead generation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
