Full job description
- Enable residence life - secure, holistic, & comfortable
- Be approachable and de-escalate issues of conflict on an immediate basis
- Ensure that students are abiding by school and hostel codes of conduct
- Arrange for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of student, if required.
- Responsible for collecting grievances of students with regards to maintenance of the accommodation & quality of food
- Report any cases of indiscipline or misbehavior by the students to the Director of Student Life
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments with respect to student campus life & hostel life
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and on-point delivery of services to students
- Manage the hostel wardens and trained them properly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
