Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's objectives and cost-saving goals. -Identify cost-effective sources of supply while maintaining quality standards. -Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest materials and pricing trends. 2. Supplier Management: -Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. -Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and terms to secure favorable conditions for the company. -Continuously assess supplier performance and address any issues or non-compliance promptly. 3. Inventory Management: -Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands
