We are looking for highly skilled, experienced, and professional News Video Editors. We only want individuals who are experts in their craft, educated, and can perform under pressure while delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for breaking news, feature stories, promos, and special reports.
- Transform raw footage into broadcast-ready content with clean cuts, sharp visuals, and professional pacing.
- Sync anchors' bites, voiceovers, graphics, and sound, ensuring a flawless final product.
- Work closely with producers and editorial teams to maintain consistency and meet editorial standards.
- Adhere to tight deadlines and deliver work under high-pressure conditions.
- Ensure final content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in news video editing (preferably in a news channel or digital news platform).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (must-have skills).
- Strong sense of news editing,
including the ability to make quick decisions on what makes a story engaging.
- Expertise in editing for clarity, visual aesthetics, and sound balancing.
- Attention to detail is essential — ensuring mistake-free output.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
