WNTBCS is hiring a Sales Executive (Digital Marketing) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our digital marketing services.
- Note:_This is not a telecalling or generic sales role. We are looking for professionals who understand agency services and can close monthly retainer-based digital marketing contracts in a professional agency environment._

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Paid Ads, and Website Design & Development.
- Generate business through client networking, referrals, field visits, and direct business outreach.
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline), understand business requirements, and close monthly retainer-based service contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Maintain professional follow-ups and basic sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve defined monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Mandatory:



1-3 years of experience in selling digital marketing agency services (SEO, SMM, websites, ads, etc.).
- Proven ability to close deals with SMEs, local businesses, and service-based companies.
- Track record of clients onboarded or targets achieved in previous roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face client meetings and professional business discussions.
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on consistent deal closure.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (Gujarati is an added advantage).

Work Details
- Work Type: Onsite (6 days a week).

Compensation & Growth
- Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Performance-based incentives linked to closed business and targets achieved.
