Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and etc.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, and insights, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and positive sentiment.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
- Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities, performance, and ROI to present to clients and management.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content that drives results.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, etc).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in Social Media Optimization or a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
