The Role:
We are hiring an IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, endpoint support, and asset management across a global environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS issues.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, device setup, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Support endpoint management using Intune.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, device records, and service documentation.
- Own tickets end-to-end with clear updates and timely resolution.
- Follow IT processes, security practices, and access management guidelines.




- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, replacements, and logistics.
- Escalate issues when required while maintaining ownership until closure.
- Support global IT operations and provide backup coverage when needed.

Role Requirements:
- Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365.
- Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience with ticketing tools and SLA-based support e.g. JIRA.
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar endpoint tools preferred.
- Understanding of Entra, MFA, access management, and device compliance.
- Valuable communication, documentation, and ownership skills.
