Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
- Identify current business opportunities, land acquisitions, and expansion plans
- Drive sales, marketing, and branding strategies to strengthen market presence

Business & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, construction, finance, HR, and legal departments
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of real estate projects
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Financial Management
- Ensure financial health, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Approve budgets, financial plans, and investment strategies
- Review financial reports, cash flow, and risk management plans

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, RERA regulations, and statutory requirements




- Maintain strong corporate governance and ethical standards
- Manage legal matters, contracts, and approvals

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, government authorities, and customers
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations, meetings, and public forums
- Lead crisis management and decision-making

Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong leadership team
- Set performance goals and KPIs for senior management
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and performance

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
