Position Details:
- Job Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)
- Department: Creative
- Reporting To: Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead

, On-site
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
- Experience Range: 2 - 3.5 Years

Role Objective:
The Graphic Designer supports creative execution by delivering visually strong designs while ensuring adherence to briefs, brand guidelines, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media, digital ads, and print collaterals
- Execute briefs independently with guidance where required
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms




- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
- Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and account teams
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices

KPIs & Performance Metrics:
-Task completion accuracy
- Design quality and consistency
- Timely delivery of assigned work
- Responsiveness to feedback
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,CoralDraw, InDesign
- Strong design fundamentals and layout understanding
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
