- Plan & Deliver Sessions: Create progressive training programs that develop both physical fitness (strength, agility) and technical skills.
- Performance Analysis:
Review both individual and team performance during practices and competitions to provide constructive feedback.
- Game Day Duties: Lead the team during matches, make strategic substitutions, and adapt tactics in real time.
- Injury Management: Collaborate with sports medicine professionals to prevent injuries and guide athletes through rehabilitation and safe return-to-play protocols.
