Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Supervise retail and backend support staff
- Handle customer escalation and difficult situations professionally
- Coordinate customer appointments and consultations
- Track pending orders, alterations, and follow-ups
- Ensure inventory movement is properly recorded
- Coordinate with factory/vendors/service providers
- Maintain operational reports and daily updates
- Support billing and operational reconciliation when required
- Coordinate with e-commerce team regarding order flow and dispatches
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Ensure SOPs and operational processes are followed

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
