Min 5 + years of Experience & proven track record of executing turnkey Interior Projects preferably in Premium Luxury Residential Spaces & have done LUXURY VILLAS

Education: Diploma in Interior Designing /Diploma in BE Civil Engineering
- Daily/ Weekly Site report Submission
- Detailed Knowledge of Carpentry ,Tiling, Civil, POP, Paint and Various MEP works
- Should be able to read and analyses Architectural drawings and BOQ
- Willing to relocate to ALIBAUG for few months.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Should have capabilities to handle skilled/unskilled laborers on site
- Excellent knowledge of Interior Installation and track record of creating successful implementations

Skills
- AutoCAD / Microsoft Outlook/ Microsoft Office / Supervising experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of the Site




- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
- Co-ordination with Designers from concept to final stage
- Maintain site blog book
- Handling contractors and getting the required deliverables from them on time
- Control wastage on site through effective usage of material
- Ensuring quality execution of site based quality parameters
- Ensuring on-time completion of site as per the plan
- Finding solutions for technical issues for site through Project Manager/Consultants/ Founder
- Verifying billing and measurements
