Job Role
- Station Ownership:You are responsible for everything that comes out of your kitchen
- Quality Control:You check every plate to ensure it meets Poetry's visual and taste standards before it reaches the guest.
- Junior Mentorship: You train and guide the Commis Chefs (junior cooks) working under you.
Key Tasks
- Prep: Organizing the "mise-en-place" (ingredients) so the station is ready for rush hour.
- Service: Cooking and plating dishes with high precision during lunch or dinner.
- Hygene: Keeping your station spotless and following all food safety rules.
- Stock: Ordering what you need and making sure nothing goes to waste.
