- Achieve secondary sales targets for power tools.
- Ensure regular sell-out from distributors to retailers and end users.
- Monitor daily/weekly secondary sales and take corrective actions when required.
Channel & Retailer Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display at retail counters.
- Identify recent retail outlets and expand market coverage.
Market Development
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and promotional activities at dealer/retailer level.
- Support new product launches and promotional schemes.
Distributor Coordination
- Coordinate with distributors for stock planning, order execution, and timely replenishment.
- Track primary vs secondary sales gaps and ensure healthy inventory levels.
- Ensure implementation of company schemes and pricing policies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and outlet data.
