Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials for high-rise projects
- Source and finalize vendors for materials like cement, steel, Mivan shuttering materials, etc.
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost optimization
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site to avoid project delays
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor market trends and pricing for construction materials
- Ensure quality standards are met as per project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement for civil construction projects
- Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory
- Knowledge of Mivan construction technology preferred
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of construction materials and market rates
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
