We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across project stages. The role requires robust technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D BIM models in Revit for Architectural, Structural, or MEP services.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows and technical queries.
- Work with BIM leads/managers to maintain templates, libraries, and project standards.
- Generate quan es, schedules, and model-based reports as needed.

Required Skills:
- 3-6 years of hands-on BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution plans, and project workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
