KALES CLASSES is looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to handle young learners and support their early childhood development in a safe and joyful learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for pre-primary children
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, language, motor, and social skills:
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment:
- Encourage learning through stories, rhymes, play, art, and activities:
- Manage classroom routines, discipline, and transitions positively
- Observe and support each child’s individual learning and development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and needs
- Ensure students’ safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times
- Assist children with basic needs such as eating, toileting, and rest if required

Required Skills:




- Love and patience for working with young children
- Valuable communication skills (English + Hindi / Marathi preferred)
- Creativity and ability to engage children through activities
- Calm, caring, and responsible attitude
- Basic computer/WhatsApp skills preferred

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education / Pre-Primary / Montessori preferred
- 1-5 years experience in pre-primary / kindergarten teaching preferred
- Freshers with proper training and strong passion may also apply

Salary: As per experience and skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
