Execute and supervise all civil construction works at site from foundation stage to project handover.
- Ensure proper execution of high-rise building work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Read, understand, and implement civil drawings, layouts, levels, and technical details at site.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
- Check quality, line, level, dimensions, and workmanship during execution.
- Ensure work is completed within timeline, with proper material control and minimum wastage.
- Maintain daily site progress, execution records, and reporting.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



quality standards, and site procedures.
- Manage manpower and site resources efficiently for smooth project progress.
- Bring solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in civil execution work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (required)

Experience:
- Civil engineering: 4 years (required)
