Hiring: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Coordinator to act as the primary engine behind our sales team.

The Role at a Glance

Focus: Sales Support, Client Retention, and Market Intelligence.

Collaboration: Working between the Senior Traders and the Logistics Department.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow up on outstanding quotes, and ensure the system is updated with precision.

Sample Management: Oversee the dispatch and feedback loop for paper/pulp samples to prospective clients.

Account Mining: Identify "dormant" accounts and reach out to re-engage past buyers.

Reporting: Prepare weekly sales forecasts and volume reports to help the team hit their monthly tonnage goals.
