Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Sanand
Experience: 7-11 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities at the manufacturing site.
- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of:
- Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
- Press Machines
- Thermoforming / Foaming Machines
- Assembly Line Equipment
- Perform fault diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, spares consumption data, and machine history.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments.




- Manage maintenance manpower, shift planning, and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid hands-on experience with SPM, press, foaming, and assembly line machinery.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of plant utilities and maintenance data recording systems.
- Leadership ability with strong team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
