Rather, as the Lead Psychologist and Program Manager, you'll be an integral part of the organization, a trailblazer at the forefront of the field, overseeing various responsibilities and wearing multiple hats.





Conduct therapy sessions and assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health:
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, and assessments
- Develop treatment plans and provide support to clients throughout their treatment

Build and manage programs and projects related to mental health, including developing systems to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of mental health services
- Design systems to ensure effective and effective delivery of services
- Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve the quality of mental health services

Manage a team of mental health professionals, including conducting team building and providing supervision as needed:
