About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Leader to join the Strategy & Programs teamwithin Salesforce Professional Services' Global Delivery Centers (GDC). This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of Business strategy, Program Management, and Talent Strategy — driving the GDC's evolution into a high-performing, future-ready delivery organization.





Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation
- Define and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for the GDC in partnership with the VP/SVP of Global Delivery and PS leadership
- Translate the Skilled Services business strategy into GDC-specific priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
- Lead strategic planning cycles (annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews) ensuring alignment across GDC Practices
- Monitor industry trends in professional services delivery, including AI-augmented delivery, to inform GDC strategy
- Lead large-scale transformation programs across the GDC focused on Talent Strategy, Business Management, Delivery Excellence, Scalability, and operational efficiency
- Establish governance cadences and frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making across programs
- Own change management for GDC-wide transformation initiatives, driving adoption
