Design Execution Design assets such as: Social media creatives Website banners & UI elements Brochures, flyers, posters Logos and brand identity materials Ensure consistency in colors, typography, and brand tone --- 3. Collaboration Work closely with: Marketing team for campaigns Content writers for messaging alignment Developers for UI/UX implementation Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation --- 4. Brand Management Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines Create and manage brand style guides --- 5. Software & Tools Usage Use design tools like: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Figma, Canva, After Effects (optional for motion) Stay updated with latest design trends and tools --- 6. Content Optimization Optimize designs for: Different screen sizes (responsive design)



Performance (compressed images, fast loading) Adapt creatives for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.) --- 7. Feedback & Revisions Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs Make revisions quickly while maintaining quality Ensure final output meets expectations and deadlines --- 8. Time & Project Management Handle multiple design projects simultaneously Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently Maintain proper file organization and version control --- 9. Quality Assurance Review designs for errors (alignment, spelling, color issues) Ensure high-quality output before delivery or publishing --- 10. Innovation & Creativity Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches Experiment with new styles, formats, and trends Contribute to improving overall brand aesthetics
