Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise blister packing, strip packing, and bottle filling lines.
- Ensure proper line clearance before batch initiation.
- Monitor packing quality parameters such as sealing, batch coding, and leak tests.
- Maintain adherence to BPR and SOP requirements.
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and documentation.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of packing materials.
- Handle machine setup, changeover, and minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in the packing area.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 1-4 years in secondary packing of OSD products.
- Knowledge of blister, strip, and bottle packing machines.
- Robust understanding of cGMP and documentation practices.
- Ability to handle audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
