Job Title: Telesales Representative

About ONLINELR:
ONLINELR is a rapid-growing app for Transporters, Drivers, and Transport Companies. We provide digital LR/Bilty, E-way Bill search, GST search, and complete transport management solutions. We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers from provided data and generate sales.
- Explain ONLINELR app features and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle basic customer queries related to plans and features.
- Coordinate with the support team for smooth onboarding of new customers.

Requirements:




- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in telesales or telecalling (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (basic English is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
