CTC upto 15LPA
Must be a qualified CA
Handle group entities Direct Tax compliances
Assist in tax audit, transfer pricing, assessments notices and litigation matters.
Support tax provisioning (Current tax, Deferred Tax Asset/Liabilities), tax planning and advisory for group companies.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal Finance teams.
Conduct tax research and analyze relevant tax laws, circulars and case laws.
Prepare tax MIS and management reports.
Automate manual processes and creating an effective repository of tax records

Requirements

Solid knowledge of Income-tax Act and Direct Tax provisions.
Robust understanding of accounting and finance principles
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Qualified CA with previous work experience in the Direct Tax domain is mandatory
