Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and grow unsecured loan portfolios within the Sales department. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored unsecured loan solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in unsecured lending products. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the bank's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote unsecured loan products.
- Assess client financial needs and provide customized unsecured loan solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly unsecured loan disbursement targets.




- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments in compliance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively manage delinquency and recovery efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting unsecured lending.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial implications to ensure transparency and trust.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
