Job Summary

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a joyful, safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The teacher will focus on the holistic development of children through age-appropriate learning activities, play-way methods, classroom engagement, and value-based education.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Montessori Training Certificate is mandatory.
- B.Ed. is an added advantage.
- Positive command over spoken and written English.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and child-handling skills may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive and age-appropriate classroom sessions.
- Teach foundational concepts including language readiness,



numeracy, phonics, rhymes, storytelling, art, and motor skills.
- Use play-way and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, classroom activities, and teaching aids.
- Develop creativity, communication, social interaction, and confidence among children.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of student progress.
- Ensure proper completion of classwork and activity records.

Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, caring, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Ensure discipline through positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
- Monitor children’s behaviour, participation, and emotional well-being.
- Encourage habits such as sharing, teamwork, cleanliness, and manners.

Student Development
- Support the emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development of children.
- Identify learning or behavioural concerns and report them to the coordina
