Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven professional to handle student counseling, admissions, and field mobilization for our aviation, hospitality, and travel career training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in aviation, hospitality, airport ground handling, cabin crew, and hotel operations.
- Generate student leads through school/college visits, seminars, field campaigns, referrals, and local outreach activities.
- Follow up with inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and convert leads into admissions.
- Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, consultants, NGOs, and local networks for student mobilization.
- Manage admission documentation, inquiry database, follow-ups, and daily activity reporting.
- Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets.




- 1-4 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, student mobilization, or skill training.
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Comfortable with field work, outreach activities, and target-based roles.
- Basic understanding of aviation, hospitality, or education/training industry preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills with a presentable and skilled personality.
- Experience in skill development or training institutes will be an added advantage.

Compensation: _As per industry standards / based on experience and performance._

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
