As our Industrial Psychologist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, being empathteic, supporting our people, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Support employees through their lifecycle — from joining to exit
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and HR documentation with accuracy
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and performance reviews
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are well-maintained and updated
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, balancing empathy with professionalism

What We’re Looking For
- 2- 6 years of experience in an HR executive/generalist role
- Preferably someone from Psychology background.:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — someone approachable and reliable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A people-first mindset with the ability to foster a positive, non-toxic workplace culture
