Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
HR Operations:
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files (physical & digital)
- Support attendance tracking and leave management
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support exit formalities and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company HR processes
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
